Registration is open to all children ages 5 - 12 years old.

Online registration is open from March 1st - August 1st.

The current registration fee for football and cheerleading is $225, which includes $200 for registration and a $25 concessions fee. To help you offset the
cost of the registration fee for your child(ren), the Board is sponsoring a raffle for a 42” Flat Screen TV.

· Raffle tickets are $2 each
· 100% of the money you collect from your raffle ticket sales will go towards your child’s registration fee
· Sell 56 tickets - You Pay Only $112.50 for Registration
· Sell 113 tickets - You Pay ZERO out of pocket for Registration and your child is playing free of charge to you personally

To participate in the raffle, you must 1st register your child on the partial payment plan and pay 50% of the fee ($112.50) in advance to secure your
child’s spot. At your request, we will issue you a maximum of 56 tickets (in increments of 25) to sell and offset your child’s remaining balance. After
you have sold enough tickets to pay the balance, you can request more tickets to reimburse yourself for the 50% or $112.50 you initially paid.

Once you have registered, you can email Assistant Treasurer Aprile Evans at apevans429@yahoo.com to receive tickets. A maximum of 113 tickets will be
issued per participant.  If you have any questions about the raffle, please email Aprile or any MYFCA Executive Board Member.

Sibling Discount (3 child discount max per family):
· 2nd child 15% discount
· 3rd child 5% discount

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICE.

No Refunds will be given after the first week of scheduled practice.
